Museum for Applied Art

The Museum for Applied Art in Frankfurt, one of the most important international museums of its kind, was founded in 1877.

Today's collection comprises 5000 years of the history of different cultures, and contains European art and crafts from the twelfth century through to the present, as well as design, book art and graphics, Islamic art, and art and crafts from East Asia.
