The TAGLIO bread knife has a long, rust-proof, forged serrated edge blade 'Made in Solingen'. You can use it to cut even broad loaves of bread, and the large serrations stop the slices from crumbling. The blade is inserted into the stainless steel hollow handle using acidic iron cement, making this knife, like all knives in this collection, perfectly balanced.
